Rick L. Burgess

Having accrued more than 20 years of professional expertise, Rick L. Burgess has excelled as the chief executive officer of Prime STC (Short Term Credit) since 2018 and as both the owner and chief executive officer of Connect Lending LLC since 2013. Furthermore, he remains active as the chief bottle washer with Forms Logic, a role he commenced in 2017. Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Burgess earned a Bachelor of Arts in macroeconomics and business administration with a minor in statistics from Westminster College in 1995.

Prior to his primary roles, Mr. Burgess gained expertise in debt and credit with Rastegar Equity Partners from 2017 to 2019. He further served as the national sales manager with Results One Financial LLC and the business development manager with Symmetric Financial from 2006 to 2010, having also been a retirement plan consultant with Capital Securities Investment Corporation from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Burgess was also the head trader and owner of Falcon Arbitrage LLC from 2001 to 2006 and a commodity futures trader with Futrex Trading from 1998 to 2001.

Finding great success throughout the course of his career, Mr. Burgess holds a Game Changer Award and was recognized as the National Football Champion for Westminster College, having also became a state qualifier for wrestling and track and field. Additionally, he is a multiple-time National Karate Champion. Among these accolades, he considers raising five children and establishing six lucrative businesses with a partner over the past 20 years, four of which have been successfully sold, as the highlight of his career. Looking toward the future, Mr. Burgess envisions himself continuing to build Prime STC into a $500 million company before selling it.
